Yes. Every tool on RealEstate site.in is completely free, requires no signup, and runs entirely in your browser — your inputs are not stored.
How accurate are the calculations?
The mathematical tools (EMI, area conversion, rental yield) are exact. The eligibility calculator is indicative and uses standard FOIR-based logic banks commonly apply; actual sanctioned amount depends on the lender's policy and your credit profile.
Why do you not offer a stamp duty or property valuation tool?
Stamp duty rates change by state notification and property valuation needs real comparable transaction data. We would rather not show numbers we cannot keep accurate. We will add these once we have a reliable data source.
